P.B. Meal™ is a great-tasting peanut butter/dark chocolate food bar that features a balanced macronutrient blend of protein, carbohydrates, fats, and fiber for sustained energy and promoting satiety. It contains a mixture of high biological value proteins from whey isolate and concentrate, and easy-to-digest rice protein concentrate. P.B. Meal™ contains a blend of fast-, medium-, and slow-releasing carbohydrates. Its primary sweetener is allulose, and as with all our bars, it is fructose-free and sucrose-free.

Note: Allulose has no impact on blood glucose or insulin levels when consumed in reasonable amounts. The FDA requires allulose to be listed as part of the Total Carbohydrates on food labels, but not as a sugar; thus, allulose does not contribute to the “Net Carbohydrates” when considering its dietary impact.
