This Pre/Post Workout
Nutrition Package is excellent for improved performance, faster workout
recovery and increased muscle growth.
1. L-Glutamine 250 gm Powder
2. AllerGzyme 60 capsules
3. KreAlkalyn Pro® 60 vegetarian capsules (Creatine)
Here is my Pre/Post Workout Nutrition Plan from module 2 of my audio program
called the Fat Loss Model.
It is a great way to increase the effectiveness of all
of your workouts, including fat loss, strength and lean muscle gains.
Pre-workout
1- 30 min. before
workout- 15g protein powder (Whey Cool or Pure Paleo Protein), 1 AllerGzyme, 1/2 tsp Glutamine powder
Post-workout
2- 30 min. after workout- 30g protein powder (Whey Cool or Pure Paleo Protein), 1 AllerGzyme,
2 KreAlkalyn Pro
3- 1 hr later (90 min. after workout)- 15g protein powder (Whey Cool or Pure Paleo Protein), 1
AllerGzyme, 1/2 tsp Glutamine
Off Days
4- 1 tsp Glutamine and 1
KreAlkalyn Pro anytime early in the day
Note: For convenience, steps 2 and 3
can be combined into one large 30g post-workout shake plus 1 AllerGzyme, ½ tsp
glutamine and (2) KreAlkalyn Pro . Only (1) AllerGzyme is required per shake
regardless of size.
Note: Please notice that the protein powder is not included in this package so that you may choose your favorite flavor and type.
